abstract = {The radar cross section (RCS) of two metallic targets with simple geometry was simulated in the C and X- bands using two software. Although the overall RCS patterns obtained by the simulations were similar, differences exist and may be accounted for by the different methods and techniques used by the software to solve the same type of problem.
